Testimonials

“Steve Curran’s dojo teaches confidence, discipline, self-respect, and fun to our two young sons. ‘Kaicho’ and his instructors give life lessons with humor to go along with four corner blocks and sparring courtesy. We believe that our children are being taught physical and mental skills that will serve them well in school and in real life. Highly recommended.”

Mark O. Martin, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Bilogoy at the University of Puget Sound.

Jennifer Quinn, Ph.D., Professor of mathematics at the University of Washington Tacoma.

Steve Curran's Karate has greatly improved our son's concentration and coordination. In addition to being great physical exercise, it has added to his mental discipline and given him improved self confidence.

Clare and Bill Cammarano, MD's

"Karate has given my son self-confidence, discipline, balance, and agility."

Megan Struthers MD
"My niece and nephew and my husband all enjoy this sport with me, not often do you find a sport that allows the whole family to participate in it together.  We enjoy the mental aspects of martial arts, as well as the strength training and flexibility."

Tanja Hennes, Parent and Student
